 Can a Indian man with tattoo play bodybuilding?

Lots of bodybuilders have tattoos. Even modern Mr.Olympia contenders. The judges claim that tattoos don’t affect judging but my belief is that they do.

There are only a couple of perennial mister Olympia contenders that I can think of who have tattoos though

Depends on the contest and the judge 

At the amateur level, tons of these guys have tattoos. But it does make the detail harder to see and so most elite level guys don’t put them on their bodies.
