What do you wear when getting a hip tattoo??

Just wear baggy sweatpants or something loose that will let the tattoo breathe and won't press on it when it's done. 

I don't have any hip or thigh tattoos but the first thing that came to my mind was a maxi skirt and then maybe some thigh high socks.
